Henry Co RDC

The EDC serves as the staff to the Henry County Redevelopment Commission (RDC).  The RDC is a division of county government as created by Indiana code. It is governed by a five-member volunteer appointed board. The County Commissioners appoint 3 members and the County Council appoint 2 members.  The RDC manages the county’s tax increment finance (TIF) areas.
