As demand for its products continued, the need for additional dedicated team members became apparent. This year, it expanded its facility footprint once again.

At Boar’s Head, team members come from diverse backgrounds and are dedicated to excellence and growth. Prior training is not necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training is offered. The starting salary as of July 2024 is $19.75 per hour, and there are openings on all shifts. The company prioritizes internal promotions by providing employees with additional learning and development opportunities. Over forty founding team members from New Castle have advanced to leadership positions within the organization.
