Stacks Pancake House, a beloved family-owned establishment, opened its doors in New Castle in 2004. Owned and operated by the Alafogianis family, Stacks has become a local favorite, serving up delicious breakfast and lunch dishes seven days a week. Complementing their extensive menu are Cafe Neo Coffee Bar and a gift shop situated at the front of the restaurant.
“We’re here to serve the New Castle community the best breakfast, with the biggest smiles, all while supporting the community that has supported us from the beginning,” says Stacks CEO Dimitrios Alafogianis.
